Voter Registration Deadline
You must be registered to vote by October 4, 2026 to participate in the November 3 General Election. Register online or in person at the Anderson County Voter Registration Office.

Enter your address on the SC State Election Commission website to find your assigned polling location for Anderson County District 2.
Absentee Ballot Request Deadline
Request an absentee ballot by mail no later than October 30, 2026. Return completed ballots by Election Day.
Early Voting Period
Early voting is available October 19 – November 1, 2026. Vote at any early voting location in Anderson County without needing to request an absentee ballot.
Photo ID Required at the Polls
South Carolina law requires all voters to present a valid photo ID. Acceptable IDs: SC Driver's License, SC ID Card, U.S. Passport, Military ID, or Voter Registration Card with photo.
Election Day — General Election
General Election Day is November 3, 2026. Polls are open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You must vote at your assigned polling place.
